Shipping Time & Cost:

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Monday - Friday before 3pm with 'Next Day Special Delivery' will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation, including your tracking details.

Please allow extra dispatch time during during peak-times such as national holidays and busy sales periods.

Royal Mail Special Delivery services are delivered Mon - Sat and some regions Sundays not including UK Public Bank Holidays.

Please factor timelines into your schedule before ordering. We work very hard to quickly dispatch orders, but please note that once orders are dispatched from our premises and with delivery partners this is out of our control as a business.

Please note, for large bulk orders exceeding 2kg a shipping quote will be provided prior to dispatch. 

International Customs Tax & Fees

By placing an order with WYLD CUB, you accept full responsibility for any local import taxes and fees. Please check with your local customs authority regarding import sales taxes and/or local customs duty taxes and fees before placing any orders with us.

Your local customs authority will likely notify you once your order reaches your country and customs and sales tax may be applied and paid by you before you receive your goods. Any customs delay or charges that may occur is beyond our control.

EUROPE & NORTHERN IRELAND NOTICE

Due to the recent implementation of the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) effective December 13, we are temporarily suspending all customer and trade orders to Northern Ireland and the European Union.  

While we independently conduct strength tests to meet EU and UK safety standards, the pause allows us to ensure full alignment with the new regulations so we can continue to deliver the high-quality and safe products you expect from us.

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these regulatory changes. Your support is invaluable to us, and we are committed to resuming services to Northern Ireland and the EU as quickly as possible. We will keep you informed with updates as we progress.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping or customs. Please consult the tracking information in your dispatch email or contact your country customs authority. 


Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

In the event your parcel has not arrived or arrived damaged, you must contact Royal Mail to make a claim. Always retain your proof of postage and for damaged items retain all packaging materials for evidence of the damage in case they require an inspection. 

We cannot accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged parcels. Once a parcel is with the delivery carrier it is their responsibility to uphold their service agreement. By purchasing with Wyld Cub you agree to these conditions.
