Temporary Event Parking Address

A parking pass will be emailed to you after you confirm your ticket. Please print and display it in the window of your vehicle.

The business village also operates as a Christmas Tree Farm during this season. To avoid congestion for the party, we’ve arranged private parking for our customers, just a 2-minute walk from the shop, with reserved spaces at your booked time. Please note that regular on-site parking will be available after the opening weekend during normal operating hours.

Public Transport

These are the local train and tube stations. Either jump in a taxi or a local bus which will drop you off within a 5 mins walking distance of the shop.

• Cockfosters Tube
• Oakwood Tube
• Crews Hill (The closest station but there is no pedestrian footpath to walk to the Village. It's also too close for Taxis so only use this option if you are getting picked up or dropped off)

• Water Available: We have fresh drinking water available on site for dogs. 
• Open Space: Outside our shop is an open field. Please feel free to use this area if you need space, a break, or your dog is feeling anxious or overwhelmed. 
• Bathrooms: A public bathroom is available on site for customers.
• Step-Free Access: If you need any assistance, please let us know.
